The early registration discount of $100 runs through May 4, 2025 with the regular registration rates beginning on May 5, 2025.
All the participants including the accompanying person who are preparing to register in the XI International Congress on Hazelnut need to provide the following 2 forms (Registration and Curriculum Vitae) and a passport scanned copy in PDF format (the information page with the ID photo) and email them to chinahazelnut2025@163.com.
The THREE documents are mandatory in applying for the invitation letter.
We recommend the date of arrival is August 3rd and the date of departure is August 9th.
