The early registration discount of $100 runs through May 4, 2025 with the regular registration rates beginning on May 5, 2025.
You will need your ISHS membership number (https://www.ishs.org/members) to receive the reduced registration fees.
A certificate confirming student status is required to be submitted as a scanned copy to chinahazelnut2025@163.com.

People from some countries don’t need a visa to come to China, please get confirmation from the local embassy.
For experts who need a visa to come to China, please use F-visa or R-visa. M-visa is also allowed for experts from companies.
All the participants including the accompanying person who are preparing to register in the XI International Congress on Hazelnut need to provide the following 2 forms (Registration and Curriculum Vitae) and a passport scanned copy in PDF format (the information page with the ID photo) and email the THREE documents to chinahazelnut2025@163.com.
Those documents are also necessary for applying for the invitation letter.
We recommend the date of arrival is August 3rd and the date of departure is August 9th.
