Monday, August 4: Check-in, opening ceremony and keynote speech in the morning; Oral presentations in the afternoon; Welcome dinner in the evening.
Tuesday, August 5: Oral presentations all day.
Wednesday, August 6: Oral presentations in the morning; City tour in the afternoon.
Thursday, August 7: Oral presentations in the morning; ISHS business meeting and award ceremony in the afternoon; A banquet dinner in the evening.
Friday, August 8: Culture tour to the Great Wall in the morning; Professional visit to Zhongzhen (Beijing) Agriculture and Forestry Technology Co., Ltd in the afternoon.
Saturday, August 9: Departure
Participants will visit a germplasm repository, a tissue culture laboratory and a producing orchard in Zhongzhen (Beijing) Agriculture and Forestry Technology Co., Ltd.
Hazelnut products exhibition area will be set up outside the conference venue to display hazelnut related products. The exhibition will be on continuous display throughout the conference for the participants.
