Development of microsatellite loci for Taxus wallichiana var. wallichiana(Taxaceae) and cross-amplification in Taxaceae

论文摘要:
Nine polymorphic microsatellite loci were isolated and characterized for Taxus wallichiana var. wallichiana, an endangered species in China. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 20. The observed and expected heterozygosity varied from 0.0000 to 0.5325 and 0.3603 to 0.9231, respectively. Positive cross-amplification of the 9 loci was observed in 4 species and 2 varieties of other Taxaceae species. The loci will be used for studying population genetic structure and genetic resource conservation of Taxus wallichiana and other species in Taxus.
